Refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received by the customer. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.
Returns usually take up to 5 working days to be processed from the date of receipt. However please note that during busy periods this may take longer.
Any refund issued back to the original payment method typically takes 5-10 working days, depending on your payment method issuer.
Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges, if you would like a different size please send the item back for a full refund and re-order the replacement online.
Items must be returned to us unused & unwashed with all labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.
FREE UK RETURNS
If you are from the UK you will receive a pre-paid return label in your package. In the event that you would like to return something, simply attach this label to the package and take it to your local post office.

ARCHIVE SALE ITEMS & IN PROMO ITEMS
Archive Sale items and In Promo items can be returned for store credit ONLY.
*If you buy an Archive Sale or In Promo item in two sizes on the same order, the size that doesn't fit can be returned for a full refund back to your original payment method*
To avoid the declination of your parcel please cut along the dotted line and attach to the front of your parcel you are returning (failing to do so will result in a customs charge) Failure to do so may be result in a customs charge.
PAYPAL FREE RETURNS
These are only available to those who place their order using PayPal as their payment method.
Once you have returned your item/s at your own cost, if you retain proof of postage showing the value you paid for the return, you can request a refund for your postage fees from PayPal.
