To exchange any part of your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team andadd a note on your returns form, both online and included inside your package.
Return shipping fees are deducted from your refund.
However, if you choose to exchange your item, we do not charge for the cost of shippingthe replacement item to you.
Once your return is received, our team will process it and dispatch your replacement tothe original shipping address unless you request otherwise. You’ll receive a shippingconfirmation email once your exchange has been sent.
