RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

If you need to make a return, here’s what you need to know:

• Refunds: Eligible within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns initiated after this period will receive store credit if received late.

• Return Window: All order issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery. After this, we may not be able to assist.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and include all original tags.

• RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF INITIATE THROUGH THE ONLINE PORTAL

• UK Orders: Returns are not complimentary—customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend a tracked and signed service.

• During sale periods, all discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• If an item you purchased is marked down within 7 days of your delivery date, we’ll gladly adjust the price, simply reach out to us.

• We do not offer price matching with other retailers.

EXCHANGES

To exchange any part of your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team and add a note on your returns form, both online and included inside your package.

Return shipping fees are deducted from your refund.
