We recommend using a tracked shipping service to return your unwanted items.
During busy periods, refunds may take up to 3 weeks to be processed. Refunds will appear back in your account within 3-5 working days after being processed.
Items must be returned to us unused & unwashed with all labels still attached in an acceptable condition inside durable packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy standards will be shipped back to you.
Footwear must be returned inside the original shoe box, within a separate box.
We recommend you use the box your order arrived in for returns. If you're unable to do this, please don't send your return using any branded boxes that came with your order.
If we receive returns using the brand boxes, your items will be considered as used and refunds will not be possible. Remember that any additional brand packaging, such as branded dust-bags, boxes or case, must also be included.
Please retain all packaging until you are sure you wish to keep this product.
FREE UK RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can create a create your free Royal Mail return label by visiting our Returns Portal. Simply fill in your order number & email address and follow the steps to print the return label.
Simply attach the label to the package and take it to your local post office. No printer? No problem. Show the Royal Mail team your email label & they will take care of the rest.
Exchanges can only be made for different sizes and different colours of the item you have ordered. If the item you have requested is out of stock, we will process a refund back to your original payment method.
EU & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
You can create a DHL return label by visiting our Returns Portal. Simply fill in your order number & email address and follow the steps to pay for the return label.
Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges, if you would like a different size please send the item back for a full refund and re-order the replacement online.
PAYPAL FREE RETURNS
These are only available to those who place their order using PayPal as their payment method.
Once you have returned your item/s at your own cost, if you retain proof of postage showing the value you paid for the return, you can request a refund for your postage fees from PayPal.
