If your purchase isn't quite right you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return for a refund back to your original payment method.
If you notify us about your return within 14 days but we receive your return after 14 days, you will be entitled to a store credit refund.
If we receive your return a month outside it's return policy, the return may be declined and item/s may be sent back to you.
*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs*



Simply fill in your return form stating whether you would like store credit or a refund back to your original payment method.

We recommend sending the return back to us using a tracked service.



You can create a DHL return label by visiting our Returns Portal. Simply fill in your order number & email address and follow the steps. The cost of this return label will be deducted from your refund.

Alternatively you can send the return back using a courier of your own choice. However we recommend sending it back using a tracked service.

All shipping costs and duties & taxes are calculated at the checkout.

Any shipments declined by the customer will incur a £50 GBP failed delivery charge.



Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any of our headwear products since we don’t have them in stock, every item is tailor made by order to a specific size.

A processing fee of £50 will be deducted on any returned headwear

Refunds may take up to 30 days to be processed. Refunds will appear back in your account within 3-5 working days after being processed.

Items must be returned to us unused & unwashed with all labels still attached in an acceptable condition inside durable packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy standards will be shipped back to you.

Footwear must be returned inside the original shoe box, within a separate box.

We recommend you use the box your order arrived in for returns. If you're unable to do this, please don't send your return using any branded boxes that came with your order.

If we receive returns using the brand boxes, your items will be considered as used and refunds will not be possible. Remember that any additional brand packaging, such as branded dust-bags, boxes or case, must also be included.

Please retain all packaging until you are sure you wish to keep this product.

All EU & International returns must be sent back DDP (Delivery Duties Paid). Any returns sent back DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) will be declined.
