EXTENDED LOCKDOWN RETURNS

Notify us within 28 days and have one month after restrictions are lifted for returns.

If we are not notified, refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received by the customer. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to return your unwanted items.

Returns can take up to 30 days to be processed and refunded from the date we receive it. However please note that during busy periods this may take longer. 

Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges, if you would like a different size please send the item back for a full refund and re-order the replacement online. 

Items must be returned to us unused & unwashed with all labels still attached in an acceptable condition inside durable packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy standards will be given a store credit discount.

Footwear must be returned inside the original shoe box, within a separate box to qualify for a refund.

 

EU & INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

You can create a DHL return label by visiting our Returns Portal. Simply fill in your order ID & email address and follow the steps to pay for the return label.

To avoid the declination of your parcel please cut along the dotted line and attach to the front of your parcel you are returning (failing to do so could result in a customs charge).

 

PAYPAL FREE RETURNS

These are only available to those who place their order using PayPal as their payment method.

Once you have returned your item/s at your own cost, if you retain proof of postage showing the value you paid for the return, you can request a refund for your postage fees from PayPal.
