We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days, depending on product availability and payment verification. Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancel it—so please double-check everything before checking out.
We ship directly from our UK HQ and don’t process orders on weekends or major holidays. You’ll get an automatic confirmation email once your order is placed (if you don’t see it, check your spam folder just in case).
Due to high demand, some items may sell out even after purchase. If this happens, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

If you need to make a return, here’s what you need to know:
• Refunds: Eligible within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns initiated after this period will receive store credit if received late.
• Return Window: All order issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery. After this, we may not be able to assist.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and include all original tags.
