If you need to make a return, here’s what you need to know:
• Refunds: Eligible within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns initiated after this period will receive store credit if received late.
• Return Window: All order issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery. After this, we may not be able to assist.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and include all original tags.
• RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF INITIATE THROUGH THE ONLINE PORTAL

Generally, it takes 5 business days for your return to reach us and we aim to process returns within a few business days once received. Allow up to 10 business days during busy periods and public holidays.
• Refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
• Items that do not meet our return conditions will be sent back without a refund.
• Once you receive the Refund Confirmation email, allow 3-10 business days for the refund to appear in your available funds. This will vary depending on your payment provider.
• For PayPal refunds, expect 2-3 business days.
• Gift card refunds will reflect within 1-2 business days.
• If you made a split payment with gift cards and a credit card, the refund will prioritise the gift card used first during checkout, followed by your payment card.
• Klarna refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and your statement will be updated.

To exchange any part of your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team and add a note on your returns form, both online and included inside your package.
