Refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received by the customer. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.

Unfortunately we don't offer exchanges, if you would like a different size please send the item back for a full refund and re-order the replacement online. 

If you are from the UK you will receive a pre-paid return label in your package. In the event that you would like to return something, simply attach this label to the package and take it to your local post office.

Items must be returned to us unused & unwashed with all labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.

Returned footwear must be in box, with original packaging, soles must have no wear.

To avoid the declination of your parcel please cut along the dotted line and attach to the front of your parcel you are returning (failing to do so will result in a customs charge) Failure to do so may be result in a customs charge.

These are only available to those who place their order using PayPal as their payment method.

Once you have returned your item/s at your own cost, if you retain proof of postage showing the value you paid for the return, you can request a refund for your postage fees from PayPal.
