Any shipments declined by the customer will incur a £50 GBP failed delivery charge.

RETURNS
Refunds: We do not offer refunds on any of our headwear products since we don’t have them in stock, every item is tailor made by order to a specific size.
A processing fee of £50 will be deducted on any returned headwear
If the item/s aren't quite right for you, you have 14 days to return them back to us for a full refund.
Your refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
If you notify us about your return within 14 days but we receive your return after 14 days, you may be entitled to a store credit refund.
