E-COMMERCE ASSISTANT

Full-Time Employment Contract

OTHER is offering an exciting opportunity to assist in the growth of the brand’s evolving digital channels. You will provide daily support to the Brand Manager across all e-commerce touch points, including assisting with product and content uploads across our global websites, site development and testing, operations and trading, and general day-to-day admin.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, a problem solver, and someone who feels confident working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

· Assist with product launches across our global e-commerce channels, ensuring all product information and imagery is completed to plan, is SEO friendly and is collated ready for upload

· Manage the e-commerce style tracker, keeping it updated with delivery dates, allocations, shoot dates, prices etc., working closely with the production and communication teams

· Assist with testing and development of all e-commerce channels

· Manage end-to-end operations for the Brand store, and assist with managing stock and product mix

· Oversee Marketplace platform; tracking orders and dispatch, creating new products, managing stock and product mix

· Assist with stock buying, stock investment and product mix

· Keep internal stock sheets and systems up to date, working closely with the sales and production teams on product availability and deliveries

· Ensure all available product is online across appropriate channels, stock is accurate, and the communications team are updated on product availability

· Ensure all pages on the site(s) is updated and correct, performing regular site walks and testing to identify any issues or opportunities to improve conversion, as well as merchandising the site(s)

· Keep all on site content up to date, SEO friendly and fully optimised. Including but not limited to product imagery, homepage assets, stockists list etc., ensuring aligned with the communications team

· Handle all customer service enquiries across both e-commerce, as well as managing all returns and exchanges

· Work closely with our global logistics partners, ensuring orders are dispatched in a timely manner, and any delays are identified and handled quickly and efficiently

· Assist with the creation of e-commerce reports and presentations, supporting the Brand Manager with meeting the departments KPIs

· Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Key Requirements

· Proficient in Shopify

· Proficient knowledge of Photoshop, Excel and Outlook

· Knowledge of Google Suite – Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager.

· Proficient knowledge of social media channels and how they work

· Excellent time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritise work accordingly

DIGITAL DESIGNER

OTHER is offering an exciting opportunity to assist in the growth of the brand’s evolving digital channels. As the Digital Designer you will take the lead on the day-to-day design, photography and video requirements of our growing online marketing. Reporting directly to the Brand Manager, this role is hands-on and requires a person who is willing to work fast and grow with the company.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, a problem solver, and someone who feels confident working in a fast-paced environment.

This fast-paced and creative role will bring social ideas to life. From capturing product imagery to GIF creation, to photo and video editing for content across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and marketplace platforms; this position is perfect for someone with experience creating online content looking for a new challenge in the Fashion Industry.

Responsibilities

· Produce and Design compelling and creative assets for all social media platforms. This includes stills, video and GIFs.

· Video including editing raw footage from shoots into edits for YouTube, website, and other social media platforms

· Translate product positioning, existing research and online/offline marketing strategies into effective design.

· Work alongside e-commerce and social team to ensure all designs are in line with brand guidelines

· Ensure design consistency across all social media platforms

· Provide design support to other teams within the company when necessary

· Responsible for producing recurring ecom and wholesale photo productions in alignment with Creative Production Lead. Ensure that deliveries, timeline, logistics, budget and external partner deliveries and expectations are met

· Responsible for producing assigned social media productions in alignment with Creative Production Lead

· Assist Creative Production Lead in large marketing productions (photo, film, space design, digital/print marketing materials, etc.)

· Responsible for booking and negotiating fees for talent and creative teams on all assigned productions

· Responsible contact person on set at all assigned productions

· Secure required samples and coordinate transport and shipping

· Responsible for keeping and tracking photo sample collections and keeping sample tracker up to date

· Responsible for booking flights, accommodation, transport, catering, couriers, shipping and sample management. Creating call sheets and distributing to relevant teams in time

·Manage internal asset requests and create clear briefs and timelines for assigned productions

·Set and manage pre-production, production and post-production timelines in collaboration with internal and external teams

·Secure that final deliveries are delivered to brief and on time

·Responsible for ensuring that all logistical and legal needs of each assigned production are met

·Manage the budget for assigned productions, tracking and actualising costs, in alignment with Creative Production Lead and Marketing Communications Director

·Support the Creative Production Lead in maintaining the photo production calendar

·Coordinate the production of print assets (packaging, invitations, etc.) with external partners

·Build the database of creative production partners (photographers, modelling agencies, retouchers, set designers, stylists, videographers, etc.)

·Proactively seek out and propose suitable creative talent and production partners for productions

·Take responsibility for constantly improving the production process, both internally and externally – driving evaluation sessions to draw key learnings from a creative, production and budgetary perspective

Key Requirements

· 3+ years experience of photo production in the fashion industry

· Have a strong network in the creative production industry

· Ability to optimise flows and efficiency as well as challenge current

· Knowledgeable about studio lighting and related equipment, proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop);

· Experienced in products photo-editing/ retouching;

· Advanced knowledge of colour management in photography;

OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

OTHER is offering an exciting opportunity to assist in the growth of the brand. You will provide daily support to the Operations Manager across all dispatch and general day-to-day admin.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, a problem solver, and someone who feels confident working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

· Understand and execute systems and stock procedures

· To ensure that all daily orders are picked, processed and packed as required across all platform including B2B, following the packaging guidelines.

· Monitor the stock control and answer team queries

· Maintaining organisation of warehouse as directed

· Work closely with our global logistics partners, ensuring orders are dispatched in a timely manner, and any delays are identified and handled quickly and efficiently

· Handle all customer service enquiries, as well as managing all returns and exchanges

· Customer returns, carefully QC each style, seeking management advice where necessary, before re-packing in storage bag and allocating back to designated area.

· Keep stockroom clean, clear and tidy at all times

· Stock Checks.

· Work with the Order Fulfilment team to accept new season orders and allocate these new orders to designated areas in the stock room
