Captured on a bleak day on the outskirts of a British city, this industrial take displays strong ominous and unwanted feelings, a societal outcast with a subjective obligation to express through style and attitude, portrayed creatively through the Punk influenced Denim Jacket and 118 Jeans displaying signs of a tainted Love “Smoking Kills but so does Love”.
A sleeker look is also presented with the clear brand identifying *black outfit, which has been paired this season with silver-toned hardware, a micro safety belt and Cuban Choker Chains, defining rebelliousness and a staple look for OTHER.
Industrial spaces are typically located on the outskirts of cities, adding depth to the conceptualised outcast and characterising the shoot with a synthetic atmosphere, created by rusted metalwork, barbed wire, linked fences, sheet metal, tarmacked floors and cold brick walls.
Captured with one model to emphasise the loneliness and detachment of the season, constant staredowns and free-flowing poses articulate the message - ‘I’m independent, I can do what I want, who are you to tell me anything, I’m free, I have a look that you envy, that you can’t obtain because you’re trapped in the confines of your broken system’.
